A
STILL SMALL VOICE
suggests several options for working with its teachings:
- Individual
study which is the most convenient, since you can learn at your own
pace, in your own home, at whatever time you choose. Nevertheless it
also lacks the advantages mentioned above.
- Chaveruta
or partner learning where two people meet on a regular basis (preferably
no less than once a week) and work through the material together. A
STILL SMALL VOICE offers a 10% discount per
person for committed study partners.
- Groups
and classes with 5 or more people will receive a 20% tuition discount
per person.
- Individuals
can write to us and inquire whether there are other
STILL SMALL VOICE students
in their vicinity who would like to start a study group. There are no
retroactive reimbursements but any group renewals would be discounted
at 20%. (See table).
- Five individuals
who sign up together as a group would receive a 20% tuition discount per
person. (See table).
- A current
or former student who wants to organize a group of five new people (or
five renewals) and to serve as facilitator, whether independently or through
a synagogue or adult education program.
-
Students would receive a 20% tuition discount.
- Facilitator would receive: $10/student/3 month sign up OR $50/student/year
sign up.
The
facilitator will:
- Collect
all tuition checks and send them together to our Jerusalem address.
- Receive
all lessons for the entire enrollment period at one time and distribute
at weekly (or perhaps biweekly) intervals.
- Be
responsible for all organizational arrangements and prepare the material
for presentation and discussion on a weekly basis.
- Receive
50% of his or her payment from us up-front and 50% after each quarter,
upon receipt of student confirmation forms which verify that the work
of group facilitator was performed.
