The Courses

Prayer and Destiny
20-week course
Prayer and Destiny explores the mystery of prayer and how it can serve as a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. The course examines the difference between prayer, visualization, and affirmation—and how these practices can work together within the prayer process.
At its heart, the course explores how prayer refines the human will, which lies at the center of the spiritual path.

Enlightened Body
12-week course
Enlightened Body explores the relationship between mitzvot and meditation as spiritual practices.
Unlike meditation, many mitzvot require physical action. Through these embodied practices, Torah’s action-directives shape our instincts and habits, aligning the body with spiritual law.
The course examines how both meditation and mitzvot contribute to spiritual development—and how they ultimately work together.

Synchrony
13-week course
Synchrony explores the six constant mitzvot—six meditations that Jewish tradition teaches should remain present in the heart and mind at all times.
This course provides a practical framework for integrating these foundational contemplations into daily life and spiritual awareness.

Time Trekking
26-week course
Time Trekking examines the deeper spiritual rhythms embedded in Jewish time.
Beginning with the smallest unit of time—the rega (the blink of an eye)—and expanding outward to breath, hour, day, week, and beyond, the course explores how Jewish practices align us with the deeper cosmic rhythms of time.
Tuition
Each course is offered as a complete learning packet, now delivered digitally.
